Wiley Law, LLC’s Thriving Business Program is available for our business clients that are looking to grow and protect their businesses. This unique program is intended to provide you direct access to Wiley Law’s attorneys and resources to aid in your business development.

The benefits available for those enrolled in this program include:

• Meetings with an attorney for any of the following purposes:

  • To review company financials and provide strategic advice and increase profitability.

  • To review current employee status and hiring procedures.

  • To review business contracts and suggest improvements and review.

  • Annual review meeting to update Operating Agreement and Buy-Sell Agreement, to ensure that your business stays compliant.

  • Consultation meeting with a Litigation attorney (one 30-minute meeting).

• Free Unlimited Phone Calls to Wiley Law, LLC on any matter. We pride ourselves on being available to our business owners. While we do not have the expertise to answer all questions, we can provide preliminary advice on most matters to assist a business owner on making a quick and final decision.

• Employment Assistance – we assist with the onboarding of new employees, including the preparation of employment agreements, and provide strategic assistance when terminating troublesome employees.

• Free “Counseling” to Successor Owners. With one of our strategic focuses on growing and protecting your business, we extend our meeting offering and phone access to potential successor family owners. This ensures that we help educate your heirs so they are ready to be business owners.

• Free Consultation/Coordination with any of your professionals, including Financial Advisors, Accountants, Insurance Agents, etc.

  • We will provide a contact sheet for you to list any professionals you’d like us to speak to.

• Access to Wiley Law, LLC’s Relationship Network– we maintain a large network of professionals (attorney and non-attorney) for reference, and will make every effort to match the client to the most appropriate provider upon request and at no additional charge.

•  10% Discount on hourly or flat fees for all non-covered Matters. These include, Real Estate, Purchase or Sale of Business, Estate Planning, Elder Law Planning, Probate, Estate Administration or Trust  Administration. Please note that while Wiley Law, LLC provides Initial Prelitigation assistance, under the plan no litigation in court or collection work is included.
