Free Will for First Responders

We believe that First Responders provide an important service to our community, putting themselves on the line, each and every day.  For “first responders,” the inherent risks of the job heighten the need for proper Estate Planning.  As a way of ensuring our communities stay safe and saying thank you for their hard work we are providing Free Will Based Estate Plans for all Police Officers, Fire Fighters, and EMTs.

What will the Program Provide?

Clients eligible for our Program will receive the following services and documents for free, so long as they’ve provided us a fully completed Questionnaire:

     - Simple Will

     - Health Care Documents (Power of Attorney, HIPPA Authorization, Living Will)

     - Durable (Financial) Power of Attorney

     - Guardianship Designation– for families with minor children

Spouses of eligible clients will be eligible for services at a significant discount! 

If more complex planning is requested by the client, a discounted fee will apply.
